Sam Atandi has over 28 years of experience in leadership positions in Investment Banking, financial & operational turnarounds, crisis management, distressed financial advisory and corporate fiduciary roles, for multiple successful “grave-to-cradle” rehabilitations. Sam has led the origination and oversight of over 50 mandates involving capital raising, operating rehabilitations, capital restructuring and value realizing events across a wide array of industry sectors. He has extensive transaction experience in a variety of industries including energy, real estate, engineering & construction, agri-business, financial services, TMTs and Aviation.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from Moi University, Masters in Business Administration from Manchester Business School and MSc in Financial Services Management. He Is and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (London) and Alumni of Strathmore Business School’s Real Estate (M.I.T Program).
