Steven is a highly experienced finance professional and he co-founded All Africa Advisors following 15 years of extensive consulting experience at Deloitte UK, and before that PricewaterhouseCoopers Kenya, Nigeria and the UK. His previous work in PwC covered a range of sectors including extractives, industrials, telcoms, oil & gas, and consumer products. Steven has advised on transaction structuring on a wide range of projects, acquisitions, and reorganizations for domestics and multinationals, often in highly regulated environments. Steven’s recent commercial work has included advising entrepreneurs and management teams in concept definition, entity formation, corporate group structuring, designing holding structures, jurisdictional analysis, reviewing growth plans and underlying financial models, board construction, and defining investor onboarding strategies. His corporate finance, transaction advisory and M&A experience has spanned clients in the hospitality, telecom, financial services, healthcare, renewable energy and agricultural sectors, with aggregate transaction volumes exceeding $500m.
Steven is a CPA and has a Finance degree from the University of Nairobi.
